Boatmen
The series is based on the motif of a boat. It signifies a shift and a journey of life. If we elevate it up in the air, it might be a symbol of carrying burdens. Everybody has his share of troubles – it might suggest. Our own personality defines the kind of troubles we have. Even carrying it throughout a lifetime or letting us float like a boat on the endless ocean or even dropping it as a hill and standing on it, arriving if you like.
In the meantime we bump into endless situations in our lives and everyday happenings of sign-like people breath in and out next to each other in a cartoon-like narration.
